Where is my order?
Your order will go through the following steps once it is placed. You will receive 3 emails:
- Order confirmation;
- Shipment confirmation;
- Notification of delivery status.
Shipping method
To accommodate your needs, our selection of available shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on your location and the size of the item(s) purchased.
How long will it take to receive my order and what is the shipping cost?
Order Cutoff Time: 06:00 PM (EST) (Monday-Saturday)
Processing time: All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days for your order to have your name and address on it and dispatch.
Shipping time: You will receive your order 7 – 15 business days (depending on destination) from the date the item is shipped, not the date the order is placed.
If we experience a high volume of orders or severe weather conditions in some areas of the country, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping costs: Standard shipping: $6.99 for first product.
Order tracking
To ensure your peace of mind, we provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your order by accessing track your mail to track your order. To see the current status and location of your package, enter the tracking number.
Changes to order information or address
We are aware that it may be necessary to change the order or delivery address. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you need to change your order or delivery address. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot promise that adjustments can be made after the order has been placed.
Shipping restrictions
Although we strive to provide global shipping, there are certain locations where we are unable to deliver due to legal or logistical restrictions. If your delivery address is within one of these restricted areas, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives where available.
Undeliverable packages
The customer will be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred for returning or retrieving the package in the event that it is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, the package is refused, or other events beyond our control.
Your package is wrong/damaged
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If the item you ordered is damaged, we apologize. Please email us at [email protected] within a week with a picture of the damaged item, your order number and any other information you may have about the order your order to help us resolve this issue for you quickly. We will reply to you as soon as possible with an answer!
